Nico Williams is an Anishinaabe artist from Aamjiwnaang First Nation. He creates contemporary geometric beaded sculptures. Williams is a graduate of the Print media department at Concordia University, Montreal (BFA, 2015). He has exhibited on a national and international scale. Mnidnoominehnsuk will be his second solo show debuting in August 2018 at the Ashukan Cultural Space, Montreal, Quebec

He has exhibited at the Ojibwe Cultural Foundation on Manitoulin Island. He has also participated in various group exhibitions, the Contemporary Native Art Biennial, 3rd edition Culture Shift – Une révolution culturelle, Art Mûr, Montréal, Quebec (2016), Beadwork: Visions of Peace, Mapuche territory ,Victoria, Chile (2015), and Impressions Nordique, Atelier d’Ile, Val-David, Quebec.
